Summer is finally here! And one of the reasons I love the warmer season is the abundance of fresh, local produce coming our way. All those vitamins and nutrients fill me with glee!

    Great article Lena!! I started taking supplements myself since I started WW, just to make sure my body is getting what it deserves

    Hi Lena,taking supplements is a great idea if you are not eating the proper foods for every meal which is really difficult.

    I agree supplements can definitely help. You just have to make sure there’s no reaction with any other medication you may be taking.

    Takeout is simple! I know I have to take better care of myself and maybe supplements is the way to go!

    I agree completely that supplements do help fill the gap. We change what we are taking based on the time of year.

    Supplements are definitely the way to go – they make up for the nutrition our bodies are lacking with our regular diet.
