It’s just about the midpoint of summer and I know some mamas are currently in the same boat:
1) The kids are bored. They’ve told us they’re bored. We know they’re bored.
2) The ratio of play time to screen time, previously planned to be about 75:25, has slowly crept up in favour of screen time. The ratio’s about 10:90 now, let’s just be honest.
3) You’d love to plan a family outing, but it’s not always easy (read: affordable) to do everything you want on a limited budget.
And to that I say… AIR MILES Summer Fun to the rescue!
Three cheers for the best time of year! There are tons of things you can see and do with the fam this summer using your Dream Miles. In fact, there’s more selection than ever for Dream Rewards under 1000 Miles, in addition to “show your card” perks where you’ll get instant savings on merchandise and experiences. This is in line with AIR MILES’ ongoing commitment to Canadians to offer new ways in which they bring Collectors closer to what matters to them!
Treat yo’self! Here are just some of my favourite ways to use your Miles for family fun:
Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada – Single Admission (300 reward miles)
Toronto Zoo – Two (2) Admission Package (450 reward miles)
Cineplex Entertainment – One Night Out (250 reward miles)
And, of course, my top pick: Canada’s Wonderland – One Day Admission, All Regular Rides… for just 475 reward miles per person! (Don’t forget – park admission includes Splash Works, a 20-acre water park.)
Canada’s Wonderland is one of my boys’ happy places. A day at the theme park is the perfect way to satisfy everyone’s idea of fun! With 200 world-class attractions, including 69 rides and roller coasters, Planet Snoopy and KidZville play areas, and Dinosaurs Alive! – a seven-acre animatronic dinosaur park featuring over 40 life-sized dinosaurs – you know the family is in for one epic day of fun. We’ll be heading to Canada’s Wonderland later this week, so be sure to look out for my Instagram Stories to follow our adventure!
The Canada’s Wonderland Dream Reward is available online only and valid any one regular operating day April 29 – October 28, 2018.
Whether it’s to an event on the other side of the country, or to an attraction just down the road, see how you can use your Miles towards family fun this summer.
This post is sponsored by AIR MILES. The opinions on this blog, as always, are my own.

In our region, it’s just movie packages, but we actually haven’t been to the movies in ages. We should use some miles and see a movie over Christmas break :)
