Heredity. Genes. Sheer, dumb luck.
I’m actually not certain what contributes to naturally fabulous skin. I suppose it could be a combination of genetic and environmental factors, coupled with an individual’s commitment to care. How do I define a “commitment to care”? Simple –
1) The good sense to live a healthy lifestyle, which includes being mindful of diet and exercise
2) The ability to abstain from smoking, excessive drinking and of course, recreational drugs
3) The desire to practice safe sun habits, including wearing sunscreen and protective clothing
And 4) – the willingness to help nature along, by being open to trying new things.
This year, I’m trying new things.

This stuff definitely sounds worth trying. I just turned 30 so I’m officially at that age that I need to take better care of myself.
I have heard of these products but have never tried them, maybe now that I am 40++ I should maybe consider it. Time to start doing some tlc.

I think good skin is mostly in our genes I have tried many different skin care products and not sure I buy into all the serums and fancy packaging or maybe it’s my 60 year old skin and it’s just too tough

I have tried Neostra before, and well it’s been awhile, but I do trust their products for my skin care. I must try them again soon.
Never tried NeoStrata before but I guess you don’t know how good these products are until you try them so I’m definitely going to check these out.

NeoStrata seems to be a reputable brand and I want to take my skincare regime seriously now in my 40’s. I wish I started sooner and SPF 45 is at the top of my list.

The AquaYouth Filling Anti-Wrinkle Cream and the All-In-One-Eye Serum are my favourites! I’m 40 with oily/normal skin and these products work really well for me!
Great articale, but I have allergies and I can’t find a moisturisers that I can apply everyday, I have tried over 100 product and so far they all cause a reaction if use daily.
