Ah, date night. Those elusive few hours, every few months, that I spend the equivalent of a few days scheduling… and after a few cancellations, normally takes place a few days later than originally intended.

    I usually get a new haircut and a few new pieces of clothing/jackets/boots. I usually wear a little less of the summery colours with my makeup but I’m not too picky about it.

    I usually get blonde highlights in my hair mid-fall (or late fall, depending on how blonde my hair stays from summer). I have naturally blonde hair that goes really blonde in summer, and as it starts to darken once the natural highlighting from the sun stops, my hair starts to look dull so I spruce it up with some highlights. Other than that my look tends to stay the same all year.

    I usually have a slighty darker hair color but otherwise I dont change too much. I sometimes have to my foundation color as my skin is not as tanned

    Yes, I do a few small things – I usually pick up a slightly lighter shade of foundation as my summer tan fades away and also pick up some darker/deeper nail polish and lipstick shades!

    I slowly lose my tan in the fall, so I gradually switch to a lighter foundation for my skin, and pull out the bronzer, which I don’t wear at all during the summer months.

    I keep the same makeup routine all year round but switch up my lip colours depending on the season. I noticed that I’ve started gravitating more towards nudes now as I get older…yikes!

    My basic look is the same, although I do gradually switch to a lighter base coat.

    I do however start wearing sweaters and subtly complain about how much colder it is getting. I try not to scrunch my face too much as I do so. I kid of course. I don’t do much to change my routine. Fall colours suit me best all year round.

    Winter is a different story, I need gallons more moisturizer. ugh.

    I DO refresh my look for fall! I usually darken my hair, ditch the toner and use a heavier moisturizer and start thinking about lighter foundation. <- I don't wear it all the time, but I have a summer one and winter one! Would love to win a date night pack!!
