Today, I wore my favourite t-shirt to my favourite bakery to pick up my favourite baguette to complement my favourite pasta dinner.
I’ve tried low carb and no carb diets. I’ve even tried limiting my consumption of breads, cereals, sugars – etc, etc. And I’ve been successful… for about a week. But then I fall right off the wagon, because I love carbs, dammit.
Today? This t-shirt? Let’s just say I officially surrender. You got me, bread. Do what you will.

Bread is my mom’s biggest weakness to. If I were ever on a diet, my biggest weakness would be cheesecake. Luckily, sort of, my trouble is gaining weight.
I love my bread too as well as potatoes, mangoes, tortillas, fries, pies, cranberry sauce, dates etc etc, sigh :-)
Bread and baked goods are the foods I gravitate the most towards.

I don’t care so much about bread but my biggest weakness is baked goodies like cookies, pies and cakes – especially cheesecake.
Poutine is my weakness when it comes to food. There something about fries, cheese and gravy that I just can’t resist!

I am a sucker for read,oh when it comes right out of the oven and you slap it with butter and add molasses on top…..omg it’s heaven !
I’m the same, but I’ve learned to leave it for one meal, every 2-3 weeks. And it will be worth it – the freshest bread, the most decadent french toast. A great beer.
Bread is one of my biggest weaknesses too. I feel your pain. But check around, some breads aren’t as bad for you as others. I’ve had success really cutting my carbs and sugars.
I love this shirt!!!!!!!! A food that I can’t quit would be mozzarella sticks or poutine…but honestly, why would I ever quit either one!

That’s so cute! I went keto for about 6 months but was always on the verge of cheating. And I found the diet too restrictive in terms of what nutrients I was taking in. I’m going to try low carb again, but not so hard core.
I’m not a big bread lover but I am seriously into french fries and potato chips. I guess I’m a potato junkie!

So what I want to know is, how the heck do you keep your body looking so great if you’re eating all the bad but tastes so darn good food because I like to eat carbs, sweets and every other food that is bad for the waist line and it definitely show on my waistline.
