Note: The following giveaway is open to Canadians only.
Are you ready to experience the power of the Dyson Big Ball Animal 2? In a previous post, I outlined why I think this vacuum is Dyson’s best yet. However, in case you missed it, here’s the Coles Notes version:
1. Simply put, it has the strongest suction of any other vacuum in Canada.
2. Advanced Radial Root Cyclone technology channels airflow through the center of the cyclone assembly. This maximizes suction to capture more microscopic dust.
3. Ball technology allows easy manoeuvring around furniture and obstacles, and the quick release hose and wand stretches to clean high places and awkward gaps.
4. The vacuum is engineered for tough cleaning across all floors, which makes cleaning carpets, wood floors, vinyl and tile a breeze.
5. Oh yeah – it’s a beaut.
Well, I have exceptional news – one lucky reader will WIN a Dyson Big Ball Animal 2 valued at $599.99! To enter, simply fill the form below with your qualifying entries. Can’t wait to experience #DysonClean? Shop online at dyson.ca.
And now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some spring cleaning tasks to complete delegate!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t clean properly! The suction on it doesn’t work very well so only half the dirt and everything else gets picked up AND it smells bad gahhh
The filter bon my vacuum sucks!!! It ducks, not in a good way! It’s impossible to clean out properly and has caused the suction on my vaccum to be next to nothing! It’s just bad all around.
Its way to big and heavy , its way to much work to get it out and just use it !
I have a rechargeable Dyson which I love, however it doesn’t have the battery power to clean the whole house.
My current vacuum always snags on my carpet and sometimes rips large threads from them ! It’s HORRIBLE! :(
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it is hard to manoeuver – it’s heavy, and awkward, so doing the stairs is a pain, and getting into smaller spaces is difficult (e.g. under the table, between furniture pieces).
I used to love my old vacuum but with four very furry animals in my house changing the bag as often as I do is no longer economical for me,
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is lack of suction and how heavy it is! The cord is also not long enough!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is the short cord.
my current vacuum is too heavy
My biggest frustration is that my vacuum doesnt clean properly. I usually have to vacuum a few times in order for it to pick up anything!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t
have enough suction power and this plays me out…..this and the
fact that it’s awkward and heavy to get around furniture.Sigh…..
but on the lighter side of things i think the Dyson Big Ball Animal 2
would love to marry my floors.Yes! It’s true! The wedding could take
place in one month from now. Right here in my home. ….wishing hard
for it to happen! Thanks for the chance.LOL :)
My current vacuum is a two part vacuum. It sucks to keep dragging it up and down stairs .. also the wife gets in the way :(
Hehehe I meant the Wire gets in the way!
My biggest frustration is that my current vacuum isn’t light weight and it doesn’t have great suction.
My current vac doesn’t suck up fine dust as well as Id like.
My current vacuum has lack of suction and I find it extremely loud.
The dirt gets all clogged in the filter and it blows right through the vaccum. Surely not perfect for allergies.
My current frustration with my vacuum is the weight of the darn thing and also losing it’s suction power.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is its not powerful enough to suck up the fur that’s stuck to my furniture or backseat of my car , i need something the has awesome suction :)
my current vacuum has a problem picking up cat hair.
My biggest frustration is that my vacuum is that is stops and starts all the time making it take much longer to clean.
My current vacuum doesn’t suck! It’s terrible, it won’t suck up crumbs, I have to go over areas several times to get them
My biggest frustration is the poor suction on my vacuum. I need to run over a spot a million times before it even picks up hair.
My current vacuum is heavy & not easy to push!
My biggest frustration with my vacuum is that that hoses are worn and loose so in turn the suction is not what it used to be.
My biggest frustration is that my vacuum is very heavy and it also has cracks in the hose, which I have duct taped, that makes the suction not as good as it should be.
We’ve kind of accepted that vacuums are disposable – it seems ours break beyond repair every 18 months of so. So aggravating!
I don’t own a vacuum so right about now that’s my current frustration. I’ve been saving up for a Dyson but life gets in the way. I want this one so badly after seeing it and what it can do. I’ve been using a broom to clean my carpets so you can just imagine how much dirt, dust, debris and not to mention pet hair is left behind. I can’t imagine how much crap the Dyson would lift of my carpet just going over it once. My old vacuum was a pain. It was heavy, bulky and kept clogging in the hose and in the brush head. The canister had to keep being emptied even before I had finished vacuuming and it sucked – not in the good way either!
mine broke recently , right where the hose bends , so thats my biggest frustration
My vacuum sucks, rather it doesn’t suck!! Having dogs and dust allergies, we need to vacuum regularly and nothing seems to get all the hair up out of the carpets!
my vacuum sprays out dust and and clogs too easily. Its old and needs to go!
the thing is so clunky!
My frustration is loss in suction especially with the attachments.
My biggest frustration is our vacuums sunction.
At 6 months pregnant, the vacuum that we currently have is too heavy and is hard to turn. I need something that works and picks up all the cat hair around the house!
Our vacuum is super heavy!
My current vacuum has horrible suction and is super heavy to drag around.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that its getting old and pieces are falling off of it! It is time for a new one, and I have always wanted a Dyson!
I find it hard to get in and out of tight corners and this one might just do the trick!
My biggest frustration is that it doesn’t suck up dog hair very well. We have 4 dogs. It’s a problem!
My current vacuum is so heavy that I can’t lug it up and down our stairs without help! It means I have to wait until my hubby is home to get any vacuuming done…so NOT ideal!
I have to take out the 2 filters each time I empty the dirt out or it and wash them, dry them because if I don’t It doesn’t suck enough.
The biggest problem is that it is so heavy.
I have to go over surfaces multiple times with my existing one, and it still leaves things behind. It’ll be perfect timing for a new vacuum!!!
My biggest problem with my vacuum is the missing attachments and not being able to suck all the dog hair up!
My vacuum is 24 years old – I’ve had it since the year before I got married – was a wedding shower from all who attended my bridal shower. It doesn’t work very well, it’s big, takes up a lot of space, have to change the bag & have to change a filter as well for it starts to smell after long usage. It becomes very expensive to have to replace the bags & filters not to mention the bulkiness & it’s darn heavy. Would so love to win this new vacuum because guess what no bags or filters to buy and replace & it stands up & moves with you not against you plus it would alleviate the fur tumbleweeds that keep rolling around my house even after I’ve finished sweeping & dusting!!! So please pick me & thank, thank you for this wonderful chance to win this great prize!!!
doesn’t suck up very good .. I have to make several passes over the carpet
My current one is too heavy and bulky
My current vacuum doesn’t suck well and it keeps cutting out when I move it.
My current vacuum is too heavy.
Having to go over the same area because dirt gets left behind! We’d love the extra help with that (and cat fur from our four legged family member too)!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t suck up dirt properly. It takes about 5 passes to get it to pick up anything!
We have a canister vacuum and it is so big and clunky to drag around while vacuuming.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t actually suck up half of the dirt on the floor. I have to run it over the same spot multiple times.
For me it’s a combination of the heavy weight of my vacuum with very limited maneuverability to get into all the places I need. That’s what causes a lot of frustration. Also I can easily see crumbs on the carpet that even after repeatedly vacuuming over, are still there! ugh!
Loss of suction is my biggest vacuum frustration! I can’t stand going over the same spot over and over!!!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is it is losing its suction power since I vacuum 2-3 times a week to get all of the dog hair off the carpets and floors since I have a baby and he’s on his stomach now and sticks his hands in his mouth I want to try and keep my floors as clean as possible.
My current vacuum always snags on my carpet
Fabulous Giveaway!! Could definitely use this. Suction power is usually the problem. Thanks again!!
The biggest problem with our vacuum is that it isn’t powerful enough. I still find a lot of dog fur on the carpet and will usually have to go over it again with my handheld vacuum to try to clean it some more!
Lack of suction!
My biggest frustration with my existing vacuum is trying to do stairs. The hose isn’t long enough so I have to lug my vacuum up the stairs while vacuuming.
My current vaccuum does not have enough suction; I have to go other the same spot so that it will pick up the dirt.
My biggest frustration is that it does not go easily under and around furniture and the suction is not very strong.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is it does not pick up all the cat hair !
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum? I don’t own one! Lol. I really do need a vacuum and have been saving up to buy one.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is the weight of it and the attachment hose is so short that the vacuum tips over every time I use it.
my current vacuum NEVER gets all the pet hair. EVER! I can (& have) go around the room constantly & STILL not get ahead of it. frustrating.
It’s age and bulky storage.
My biggest frustration is that the suction sucks on my ancient vacuum.
My vaccum is so heavy and old and doesnt suck up anything.
It doesn’t pivot well at all. So it’s frustrating to get into corners or turn a corner and then I seem to miss certain spots.
My vacuum cleaner is super heavy and is loud.
My biggest frustration is that it’s heavy and very tiring to vacuum as it has lost its suction and therefore requires more work.
My current vacuum doesn’t work well.
I don’t have pets but I have hair down to my waist. The loose hairs fall onto the carpet. When I vacuum the hairs wind around the brush, build up & seizes up. I’ve worn out a rubber belt before I figured out. That is my biggest frustration. The other solution is to shave my head. LOL.
I hate not being able to get into tight spaces like under the couch easily
It won’t suck anything and have to change the bags. I’m due for an upgrade!
Our biggest frustration with our vacuum is no suction power and short cord.
I hate that my vacuum lost it’s suction! :(
it is so bulky and difficult to maneuver around the furniture and house
My biggest frustration is that my current one is heavy and doesn’t pick up cat hair as well as I would like.
I currently have a dyson but it is the first gen ball dyson and I need an upgrade!
My vacuum is 15+ years old and its very frustrating that I have to go over the same spot several times to get it clean!
So my vacuum is older than I am. It barely has any suction left. The cord is a mess. They stopped making bags for it years ago so I have to dump it everytime I use it.
It doesn’t ‘suck’
the canister fills up too quickly
My biggest issue is with maneuverability.
I have central vac, and the hose just doesn’t quite reach a few places. so frustrating.
Having to replace it quite often. Want to own a Dyson since I have heard nothing but good things.
My vacuum is 10 years old and it doesn’t have the capability to get everything off of the carpet especially the cat & dog hair.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is the suction! it doesn’t matter how many times i vacuum the carpets it always leaves behind the pet hair and some dirt.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it’s HEAVY!
The cord on mine is way too short – there’s a lot of unplugging that happens when I do the downstairs and it’s VERY annoying.
I already have a Dyson but it is getting on in years. We have gotten a Labrador retriever about 8 months ago and the hair, oh the hair. My Dyson does work but it also makes me work longer to vacuum. I would really love to try the new big ball and I’ll just bet it will be easier and quicker to remove his hair.
My biggest frustration is having 3 black dogs and their fur not getting pucked up!
I have central vac and the hose is a real pain as it gets twisted and I have to stop and untwist it.
My biggest frustration with your current vacuum is that it does not have much suction. I have to go over areas a few time to get it clean.
Our vacuum is super heavy and awkward … ugggg. It’s my biggest frustration with it.
My biggest frustration is that my current vacuum is not strong enough to pick up the cat hair around the house. Additionally, I can never get the filter clean enough, and feel like I’m leaving a residue of dust behind me
A few issues with mine but I think mostly because it’s 10 years old lol and isn’t a great brand to begin with. The suction.. well doesn’t suck.. and the plug is totally finachy – just the right spot it’ll work lol poor vaccuum has seen better days.
Our current vacuum is so old it doesn’t manoever very well and only has one mode which is mediocre. It definitely doesn’t keep up with my kids!
Current vacuum just doesn’t have enough power to it. Thanks for the giveaway :)
The biggest frustration with your current vacuum is cleaning the dirt out, pain in the B888.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it is not powerful enough. Maybe it’s because we have a dog, but a good vacuum should be able to handle that – ours definitely doesn’t.
The lack of suctionn is my biggest frustration. I’ve never found a vacuum that keeps suction after a few months of use.
My current vacuum is a vacuflo…, the hose has a broken handle… its taped together with duct tape… its awful. Save me from buying a new one, please !!
The suction ability of our current vacuum is slowly disappearing and the brush is really hard to clean now.
mine is a cannister style and it truly sucks doing the stairs and lugging it around
Current vacuums I own are just not Dyson!!!!! I need a great vacuum to clean a small space efficiently
I cannot tell you how many vacuums I have purchased over my 32 years! I have a short hair dog (who does shed) and a messy child and husband but each one loses it’s suction after a month!
Great for corners.
The biggest problem with my vacuum is that it is always clogging.
My biggest frustration is that I’ve broken it a few times so it’s not functioning up to par!
My vacuum is heavy and awkward. I hate carrying it out of the basement. So I seldom use it upstairs. I really need something lighter and easier to handle.
My current vacuum does not clean well at all. It is over 20yrs old.
Our current vacuum is getting old and it’s extremely loud, and always scares our dogs.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t pick up all the cat hair!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t pick up all the cat hair! We have eight beautiful rescues that shed a lot in the spring.
My current vacuum is heavy, awkward and doesn’t cut in close on the edges (like my friends Dyson does) so it’s always the two step process of using the edge tool, then vacuuming. As well, there always seems to be stuff left behind.
Big, heavy and difficult to move around – can’t use it on my stairs as that’s a balancing act and the cord is too short to go all the way up too. I need this Dyson :-)
My biggest frustrations with my vacuum are how big and clunky it is (seriously, I can barely carry it up the stairs – I’m afraid I’m going to fall one day when the dumb hose gets caught on the dumb stair corner and I have to try to pull it free) and how little it sucks up. I have to go over the same area multiple times just to get all the dirt and especially cat fur. It’s really terrible at picking up the cat fur and I’m a cat lady so the cats aren’t going anywhere!
I don’t like the lack of suction with my current vacuum or that it is cumbersome and not very easy to move around. This vacuum looks like a definite upgrade!
This week my current vacuum literally started to send out a burning smell that sent the smoke alarm off…Needless to say it’s done in. I have another back up one but it’s not so great at picking up.
The vacuume I have now has little suckson I have to sweep carpet before I use it and it so so heavy it is very frustrating I need help plz would love to win the Dyson thanks
My wife won’t actually use it!
my current vacuum does not pick up hair off my area rugs
Mine is too heavy
The power head is broken and can’t use it I can only vacuum with the hose very frustrating would love this thank you for the chance,
Mine is too heavy
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that I constantly have to be switching heads because my house is filled with an assortment of flooring types.
It’s heavy and thus difficult for my kid to use.
My current vacuum can`t handle all the FUR in my house. If I didn`t love those cats, I`d make them sleep outside ;)
Not enough suction and horrible at getting pet hair off furniture.
It just doesn’t work so well anymore – the suction power is definitely lacking
trying to get out the part that cleans the baseboard it is so annoying to remove
My biggest problem with my current vacuum is that it has lousy suction. The second worst thing is that it uses bags!! Ooooooooohhhh yuck! Replacing this old monstrosity with new technology would be a dream. Thanks for the chance to win and get all of the dog hair under control!
its big awkward to use
Most vacuums are wimpy. Conk out after a yr or two. Booooooo!
I have a rechargeable Dyson and I love it but the battery doesn’t last long enough to do the whole house and it takes two hour to recharge. The Dyson ball would be a great addition, I could use both and get everything done at once.
My biggest frustration with my current vaccuum is that once I am done it feels like I need to do it all over again as it doesnt have the suction power it should.
We have central vac and the hose is so big bulky, it’s such a chore to drag out for small messes. As well I have two corners of 2 rooms it doesn’t reach (like I need a bigger/heavier hose lol)
My vacuum needs a better suction to pick up everything,
My vacuum has run out of suction! It’s ancient.
My current vacuum is too heavy!
I actually own a Dyson right now, my biggest frustration is that it does not like long human hair, which I have plenty of, so I find it wraps around the brush and it really does a number on it. It should have some sort of way to cut the hair that wraps around the blade automatically so it does not build up. I have to clean the brush off so often.
My current vacuum is dying a slow death, so inefficient.
My vacuum nozzle is broken and held together with tape????It’s not a good fix lol
My current vacuum doesn’t suck like it used too. It also is hard to clean and scratches the floor.
Always wanted a Dyson. Just to expensive.
My biggest frustration is that the hose is broken after only 2 years! With 3 cats and a 9 month old, I need a reliable vacuum.
I have a cat which I love (sometimes I’d love to strangle him but I love him just the same LOL). My current vacuum does not get his fur out of the rugs so I need to get down on my knees with duct tape, pull off a strip, stick it to the rug and pull his hair off. It is time consuming and hard on my knees and back. I’ll be 60 this year and am getting too old for this.
I would love to win a new vacuum.
I hear amazing things about the Dyson vacuums. Owning one would make my life easier.
My biggest frustration is that I can get it into spots – too big.. I also get frustrated that I have to change the head adapter everytime I change from hardwood to carpet to tile.
My current vacuum is heavy, awkward to use in corners and does not clean the way I would like it to.
I’ve always wanted a Dyson. I have only ever heard good about their products. Would love to win an awesome, working, designed for pets, vacuum !! ???????? thanks for the opportunity!! ????????
It lacks suction and is about 25 yeas old…enough said!!!
My biggest frustration with the current vacuum situation is its lack of suction power and maneuverability! It misses half of the stuff I try to clean, can’t wait until it breaks down!
My biggest issue is loss of suction and clogging up!
My current frustration with my vacuum is the lack of suction with the beater bar, especially near the baseboards, so I have to use the hose with an attachment to clean around the edge in every room. The cord is also to short, so I have to frequently unplug it.
I hate that my current vacuum doesn’t work well, I have to run over the same strip of carpet three times to get it clean!
Would love to experience the power of a Dyson.
I currently have a Dyson Animal canister and what I hate about it is the small intake hole on the power head. Its amazing for dust, hair, fur, glitter and other small particles but trying to suck up a cheerio is torture. And with 4 small kids (plus 2 cats), I need something that can handle the kid’s messes. I’ve noticed the newer models have a better design, so I’d love to try out a newer one and sell my canister to someone that just has pets!
My current vacuum has lost a lot of its sucking power.
after I clean,,, I can still see the dog and cat hairs,,, living with 2 st bernards and 2 cats,,, I clean clean clean but ten minutes later its dirty again,,, I think a dyson would cut my cleaning time in half,,,
my biggest frustration is that my vacuum doesnt suck well enough to get everything on my floors
i have a dyson and love it but it isnt the animal one and i have two cats
My frustration is hair.. I have three girls all all have long hair, as I do.. it gets wound up in the power head and it is such a pain to try and get it out.
My current frustration is that my current vacuum has poor suction and doesn’t pick up all the hair around the house.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it’s too large & bulky to lug around the house.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is the small capacity canister that messy to empty.
My current vacuum has lost some of its suction and the belt occasionally slips off and has to be put back on.
Doing a land and sea vacation with Disney sound fantastic.
my hose is torn!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it only surface cleans. It doesn’t get everything out.
this is great, I would love to have a dyson! Thanks for the chance to win :-)
My biggest frustration is doing the stairs with my vacuum.
Our current vacuum is held together with duct tape… it is missing all its tools, the top cover is MIA. It is ready to RIP.
In an attempt to save my vacuum I had to duck tape the poles together but it still is losing suction so basically I’m just blowing the dust around my house
My frustration stems from a lack of suction and the fact that my current vacuum is literally falling apart. Every time I use it I have to glue some piece back into place.
It doesn’t suck up enough! No strength!
my biggest frustration is that it doesn’t seem to have enough suction
My biggest frustration is that our current vacuum is too small for our home. We bought it when we had a condo and it was great. But for our busy house (3 kids, 2 cats) it just isn’t enough! I can do half a room before I need to empty the canister. :(
I already have a Dyson, but my biggest problem with it is that I live in a multi-level home and it is fairly heavy so it would be nice to have one on each level.
My biggest frustration is having to empty the bag, as it throws up dust, so I have to wear a mask & gloves because of allergies.
My vacuum works okay but its big and bulky and hard to lug around especially up and down the stairs.
The dog hair clogs it up.
My biggest frustration is the lack of suction power.
I have wanted a Dyson for years! This would be so much help to me
Our vacuum just doesn’t suck things up like it used to
My biggest frustration with out current vacuum is not being able to go on hard floor surfaces.
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it’s bagless but makes a huge mess when I need to empty it, getting dust and dirt everywhere. I’m sure Dysons don’t do that!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is hair getting caught in the attachment head!
The Pet hair. It just never seems to end.
The biggest frustration with my current vacuum is hair.
My biggest frustration with my vacuum is it just does not pick up dirt and threads properly, especially next to the wall and under furniture. There is also a belt that runs the brushes that often overheats and breaks and adds to the frustration. It is difficult to change.
My biggest frustration is the heavy long vacuum tube that comes with central vac system. It drives me crazy!
My frustration is the suction isn’t strong enough.
it’s old and doesn’t do its job very well
My current vacuum is broken.
My biggest frustration with my vacuum is how cumbersome and awkward it is! It is like dragging a 20lb weight around the house.
My current vacuum is an old stick vacumn that hardly works,it doesn`t clean my living room rug at all.
My frustration is it is too big, bulky, heavy and it needs to change vacuum bag
I hate buying bags
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is clogging from pet hair…and ya…some of my own hair balls too!
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it’s not powerful enough and doesn’t pick up all the dirt, hair, and dust that I’d like it to.
The beater bar on our vacuum doesn’t work & it doesn’t have enough suction.
My current problem with my vacuum is it is a central vacuum that will plug to respective area and it does not go a good job, does not,get all the dirt. Its over 10 years old and I need to go to the be basement in order for me to use it and with a very very long vacuum cord. Not easy, not handy and not that portable. I need one that I can store on the main level of the house so I can use it on the go, like this one, my hair and y dogs fur is always what you see everywhere left when using our old, vacuum. I needed one badly with this feature. I always see this in the commercial but we can’t afford at the moment because we are still, dealing with the flooding in the basement, yes one more, when we stored it in the basement we got flooded and this vacuum was floating in water, so we don’t even know if this works. So that’s a bit of my dilemma. So I just sweep the floor upstair that give me a bad back. Thank you for the chance.
The suction is loosing power
My biggest frustration is that it is not very powerful. It makes vacuuming the house quite the chore because it doesn’t have very good suction which makes the task take longer.
Having to change bags
My current one is too heavy!
My biggest frustration is that my vacuum tosses dirt around more than it sucks it up.
Not been able to pick-up all the dog hair. I vacuum and there is still dog hair on the floor, the rugs.
My current vacuum is crap really. my biggest beef is the cord, just annoyingly short. Carrying around on stairs even more of a chore with that short cord.
My current dyson v6 is good but omg battery life is not very good I feel like I’m constantly charging :(
It’s old, loud and makes a horrendous whirring noise!
My biggest frustration about our current vacuum is its stiffness. It is difficult to move it around especially in tight spaces.
My biggest frustration is the weight of my vacuum I have two flights of stairs to go up and down YIKES
My current vacuum doesn’t have good suctionnpower and I would love a new vacuum that sucks everything up. Thank you for hosting this amazing contest ????
The weak suction.
My vaccum right now is big & heavy & sucks at suction. It’s so bad at picking things up that sometimes it just spits things back at my feet. I’m in dire need of a new one now that I have thick carpet to worry about.
My current vacuum is so bulky and heavy!
I just moved to a house with tons of thick carpet. I have two cats and a dog. As well as a hubby and two kids so let’s just say the carpet needs done everyday. My vacuum is small and needs emptied at least two times when I do the whole house. The cat fur and dog fur is everywhere and my current vacuum doesn’t pick it all up. One of my cats is pure white and I always see it on the carpet even after I clean it. Ugh
My biggest frustration is that it always loses suction and I have to take it all apart and clean it out all the time!
My biggest frustration is that the suction isn’t the greatest and it’s too big and heavy to clean my many stairs in my home ????
Its useless, doesn’t want to pick anything up.
It needs more power.
My current vacuum sucks in that it does not suck well enough so there is always stuff left behind that wasn’t sucked up. And although it is designed for a house with cats and dogs, my current vacuum is heavy so it’s hard to move between floors. Finally, although it is bagless, the filter needs to be rinsed and it seems to take 24 hours before it can be used again. I hate it. And I have wanted a Dyson for about 7 years now!
My biggest frustration is how much cat hair it leaves behind!
My frustration is having to drag the canister, the nozzle, hose, and cord etc from room to room.
We have an old built in vacuum and the hose always twists up and it’s so heavy to carry it up and down stairs and so awkward so this would be so nice.
Cat hair sticks to my area rug and it drives me insane.
I don’t have a vaccum currently. I use an old roller brush that i got from Walmart for $17. LOL it doesn’t really pick anything up. I sweep the carpet alot. Thanks for the chance.
carrying it upstairs
it’s heavy!
I have a central vacuum and I hate having to lug that long bulky hose everywhere.
My biggest frustration is having to go over an area multiple times for all the dirt and dust to be picked up.
It doesn’t have great suction ability!
It’s so heavy and clumsy, especially on the stairs.
My biggest frustration is that my vacuum is small and the suction is not great and I also have to dump/clean the cannister quite often.
My biggest frustration with my vacuum is that it doesn’t have enough suction.
Our current vacuum is ok, but it is clunky to carry around the house/maneuver.
My problem is that ours definitely doesn’t suck as well as it should and leaves a musty smell behind :/ I’d love to own something like this!
My biggest frustration is how heavy and bulky it is.
There is always something wrong with our current vacuum – but it’s just minor stuff like a belt needing to be changed. Frustrating but not enough to buy a new one!
My current vacuum is not powerful enough to suck up all the dirt
My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t have much suction power.
my biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t work!!! No, really, I mean it doesn’t work at all, no suction… can’t afford to buy a new one. we have 2 dogs and there are so many dust bunnies around, I basically could make a 3rd dog.
IT’s getting old and doesn’t work well.
My central vac is old and gets tangled when I use it and especially when I go to put it away. It’s a frustration that I think the Dyson will get rid of.
My biggest frustration is that it doesn’t pick up the dust next to the baseboards as it’s not strong enough.
My biggest frustration is the vacuum being to bully to be able to get under and around furniture
My current vacuum doesn’t do edges very well. Slightly problematic as I have wall-to-wall carpet.
I only have a shop vac that I use so it is big and bulky
not enough suction
My current vacuum doesn’t have enough suction !
My current vacumn is bulky and hard to move around the house. It is old so is not as efficient as it should be
It doesnt suck up cat fur well – the fur gets stuck
I don’t have a vacuum cleaner.
my vacuum doesn’t reach small areas!
That the plastic handle broke and is taped together with duct tape, and feels like it will break again anytime.
My biggest frustration is weak suction. We have 2 young kids and a cat, so there is always bits of something on the floor. We need a vacuum that is powerful to clean quickly and efficiently.
Vacuuming takes twice as long for me because I’m constantly stopping and trying to unclog it. This only makes my frustrations larger and time consuming. The Dyson would make things a lot smother.
Too bulky & it doesn’t clean at the edge of the baseboards
My current vacuum sucks, and not in a good way. It really doesn’t have great suction and does not fit into small spaces. It’s big and heavy too.
It doesnt pick up a lot we have to pass a few times!
My biggest frustration is lugging the cannister and hose and beater bar up and down the stairs. I have dropped it on my foot before and tripped over the hose causing me to fall down the stairs. It’s heavy and awkward and I’m fed up!
My biggest frustration is the job my current vacuum does on deep pile carpet, just doesn’t do the job.
My biggest frustration is that it is not powerful enough on carpets.
My current vacuum has a odd smell to it.
My frustration with my current vacuum is lack of suction and very heavy in weight
My frustration with my current vacuum is all that it leaves behind! My carpet still has cat fur and the floors still have dust, crumbs, and fur no matter how many times I go over it.
Our current vacuum must be over 50 years old, it was passed down from family. It was obviously made to last… but with the addition of duct tape in recent years! It is just about impossible to find the bags it needs to work, it is super duper heavy, and it is awkward.
I’m sure cleaning would be so much easier with a Dyson Big Ball Animal. And we do have a very furry animal!
Hello Lena!
I currently do not own a vacuum but would LOVE to be able to have a quick, efficient and reliable way to clean our floors instead of using the old, outdated broom!
My boyfriend and I are pet owners and I have always found that sweeping does not get all of the unwanted hair off the floors, furniture and causes dust in the air we breathe!
It would be absolutely wonderful to ditch our broom forever for a DYSON! :)
Thank you! :)
Biggest frustration with my current vacuum, is the lack of suction. It is old and I have resisted in upgrading for a long time, now I need to. Thanks for the chance!
My current vacuum has terrible suction, drives me crazy….I’d rather sweep the floors.
My central vac doesn’t do the job Dyson machines are the best
I dislike my current vacuum. It’s too big and doesn’t pick up everything
My biggest frustration with my vacuum is it does not have enough suction.
I hate having to buy bags for my current vacuum
My biggest frustration is that it is a bit too heavy!
it doesn’t suck all the dirt and dust.
I am not happy with my central vac. It doesn’t have good suction and the hose is awkward to cart around from room to room. I visited someone tonight and when something dropped on the floor, she just grabbed the Dyson and it was cleaned up in no time…….no fuss and very quiet. My kind of vacuum!
My vacuum does not get hair up very well and the beater bar gets stuck.
It doesn’t get all of the dog hair.
I would have been over the moon had I been lucky enough to win this, sigh. My congratulations to the lucky winner. :-)
I’ve actually now bought myself a Dyson canister vacuum cleaner. Just put it together today and did a quick sweep in the hallway and bathroom – I was astonished at how much dirt it collected – a wonderful machine. :-)
I have now invested in a Dyson big ball canister vacuum cleaner and I love it, amazing what it picks up off ‘a clean carpet’.
