I Survived March Break.

March 21, 2016 By Lena

I survived two spilled milks (one on my bedroom rug). I survived twenty-two temper tantrums. I survived one lost remote control, four late night arguments, forty-six rounds of “he called me ____” or “____” or “____” and six broken boxes. I survived another March Break.
DSC_0150Sure, kid, you’re cute. Now get out of your box house, rip off those sunglasses and go to school. Yes, I know you’re sad that the holiday is over. No, you can’t stay home with mommy for one. more. second.

K BYEEE!

I had fun this march break. Didnt do nearly as much as I had wanted to do, or get done as much as I wanted to, but still – it was fun. Glad to see another mother made it through alive!

This made me chuckle. My March Break was good, but the week after…. that was a lot of work. This week seems to be evening out a bit.

We survived March Break, or rather my Mother did. Unfortunately I couldn’t take any time off work, but the kids had fun with Grandma

We are on Spring Break right now so I can relate! I am looking forward to Tuesday when they go back to school. Only 3 more days to go! I think kids need that routine. But just around the corner is the 2 months of summer vacation so this is just a warm-up!

We didn’t do a lot this year for march break – I need to save my holidays for the summer!! So sadly I was working – but on the weekend I took my kids to see Zootopia and it was really awesome – they enjoyed it a lot!

I barely survived March Break! My 2.5 year old son and 6 year old son have so much energy! I don’t know what I’m going to do when Summer break comes around.

That’s how I feel in the summer! Some days I think that summer could go on forever and other days, ‘back-to-school’ can’t come soon enough!!

I bet it feels great to get them out of your hair for a while but your son does look cute in his shades !
