Attention Scarers…. there’s a new monster in town: Monster Reid. And he’s here to collect screams from little kids all ’round the world. Better watch out! He packs quite a roar. After all, he’s learned from the best – the scariest monster ever – the one and only Sulley. Introducing the Imaginext Monsters University Scare Factory.
Do your kiddos love Monsters Inc. and Monsters University? Then they’ll adore this playset, which includes Mike, Sulley, 3 doors, 2 canisters, 3 pieces of mail, mail cart, garbage can and broom – essentially, everything you need to recreate the scare floor! Fisher-Price, you’ve done it again :)
Experience what a day with Mike and Sulley would be like at the Scare Factory. Visit the mail room and help sort packages; go to the Scare floor to operate the doors moving through the factory. Place a scare canister on the holder, rotate the disk and watch it fill…
The boys love their playset and have an amazing time immersing themselves in pretend play. If I had but one complaint – there are a LOT of little pieces (mail, canisters, etc) and they tend to get lost and show up in the strangest places. Hence, don’t be surprised if you find a small, plastic broom between your couch cushions.
The set retails for $44.97 and can be purchased at popular toy retailers across Canada.
Now if you’ll excuse me – I’m off to collect the little children’s screams. ROAR!

Omg your little guys are so adorable.
Thank you Nancy :)
My little guys would love this! Mommy and all the little pieces…not so much!
Hahaha I kind of gave up. Whatever goes missing… it’s gone.
Mary @Capturing Magical Memories
That looks like so much fun!!! We have to show it to my son.
Please do Mary! It’s a blast!
Well he is a cute little monster. Nice toy but those little pieces would drive me nuts.
I second that, Tricha. Currently trying to find a scream canister… it’s driving me bonkers.
Yeah I could see me vacuuming up those little bits, never to be seen again…..
Hahaha it’s true!
Looks like a ton o fun! I don’t mind little bits at all and I know my grandkids would love it!
Aw, you are such a good grandma :)
You little scary monster is really cute! My grandkids would enjoy this toy but just keeping a track of the little pieces would drive me crazy.
:) Reid really loves the toy!
Judy C (Cowan)
Cute pics!!! Better not let my nephew she the pics of this toy or he will definitely want it. He is Monster obsessed right now!
I think most kids are, Judy! The movie is so awesome!
I use to keep Sara’s Barbie set together by storing them in containers separately from other sets but I agree…the little pieces are hard to contain.
:) I think the little pieces are what make it so much fun for kids!
I have a nephew who would love this
Awesome – enjoy!
Cassandra (Terbo Pinguin)
He’s so handsome! Can’t wait till my LO can play with toys like that!
Hahah thanks Cassandra!
I think this is a very awesome idea!!!!!! My son would love this. Thank you for sharing!!!!!! :)
You’re very welcome Brandi!
Love Reid’s expressions ! I couldn’t buy this for my grandkids as much as I would like to – the little pieces would either get lost or eaten by their dog LOL ! Besides, there are enough cars, Skylanders and lego bricks to get lost or stepped on as it is LOL
Ah, stepping on Lego bricks! I feel like I have permanent scars under my feet from doing so :)
That is one cool playset! LOVE IT! Sometimes it’s hard to find playsets that are geared towards boys or at least have them seem kinda unisex, but I really like this one!
So true, Jeannie! Your kiddos will love it!
To cute … this looks like a ball of fun !
The boys love it!

Okay I gave in and showed this to my nephew, now I have to figure out where to buy it because he “really needs one for his birthday”
LOL! You can find it at Toys R Us or Walmart, Judy! Good luck!
What a cutie! Monsters Inc. is huge in our house, so this is on the list for next month’s Birthday boy! Thanks Lena!
You’re very welcome Kat! :)
Chandra Christine O'Connor
did the cute little boy come with it. :)
:) Cute boys are sold separately!
What I would not give to hear what your boys’ monster roars sounded like :)
Hahaha I’ll have to put a sound byte on the blog!
