Another Monday, another Covet List!
(A little background: Since I’ve decided that coveting is infinitely more agreeable than reckless spending, I was thrilled to be approached by Nadia Carriere of Child Mode to participate in the Monday Covet List. Together with some of my favorite fashion and style bloggers, Nicole Feliciano of Mom Trends, Vera Sweeney of Lady and the Blog and Audrey McClelland of Mom Generations, we’ll share 3-4 covet-worthy products that we are currently lusting over.)
Of course, I’ve realized that coming up with a covet list is way too easy because I tend to covet things all the time. This week, I’ve got the following gorgeous pieces on my mind (and perhaps favourited on my browser)…
This week’s Covet List is truly one to covet. (Translation – the pieces are *slightly* out of my comfort zone, and hence, I’ll have to make do with admiring from afar.) However, I am in full-on “must have” mode with these items:
1. The Swiss watchmaker known for exquisite classic and of-the-moment timepieces for men and women, Tissot showcases the best of elegant-yet-versatile timepieces, for all fashion and lifestyles.
Pictured above, L-R: Lady T072 Lady Automatic ($975.00), PRC 200 Danica Patrick Limited Edition 2013 ($595.00), Couturier Small Second ($1025). Ah, to have one of these beauties adorning my wrist! Tissot is the height of sophistication and grace. Attention husband: let’s skip the mortgage payment and do me up right.
2. The Pacey Bootie by Tory Burch. They may be the sexiest booties I’ve ever seen, and a sleek black ankle boot is as essential to a wardrobe as a classic LBD.
Smooth leather and a glossy patent cap-toe create an understated mixed-media take on color-blocking, while a hidden platform gives height and day-to-evening comfort. A thin gold band, topped with a discreet logo, adds just the right amount of polish and shine. ($495.00) Covet covet covet.
3. Rebecca Minkoff Mini M.A.C. in Gold. This petite take on my favorite M.A.C. (Morning After Clutch) is a little too cute for words! The oversized goldtone clip-lock boldly details the front flap closure of the cult classic.
With just enough space to stash your must-haves (lipgloss, cell phone, wallet, keys, and sunglasses) this compact style goes from daytime fun to evening with flair. Adjustable chain and studded leather strap can be singled, doubled, or removed. Quite possibly the perfect little gold handbag for the entire Fall and Winter seasons. ($210.00)
There it is – my designer covet list. Hey, every girl needs to dream big from time to time, no? Is there an out-of-reach item you’ve been eyeing? Do tell!
Definitely Covet worthy!! Love the Lady T072 Lady Automatic (I’d consider trading my Rado for this)
the boots are fantastic and the purse needs to be under my arm for sure!!
Great picks Lena!!
Thanks so much Paula! Sometimes it’s nice to simply covet – though the Danica Patrick watch is *almost* within my reach!
I really like those Tory Burch shoes. They’re perfect!
Aren’t they? They’re such a dream!
I love those booties!!
Me too! I can’t get over how gorgeous they are!
Those booties are FAB! Yes, I’ve been coveting a Burberry leather trim peplum jacket, but at just over $700 it will stay on my covet list as well and not in my closet.
That. sounds. glorious. Post a picture please – I need to see this covet-worthy piece!
I’d love more Doc Marten boots but only the knock offs are affordable to me currently.
Doc Martens! I owned a pair years ago – yep, they can definitely break the bank!
I love those booties but right now, I can only dream about them and hold them in my covet list.
Happy you added them to your own covet list; they’re dreamy!

I would covet the watches I love wear men’s watches, just started back with watches got sick of pulling out the phone to see what time it was. as for the boots do they come in a Birkenstock heel? lol
LOL no Birkenstock heel!
The boots, the boots, the booooots! lol
Of course I LOVE the most expensive watch (can’t wear a metal band and I like the face design). Aside from dreaming of a new house or small motorhome (just big enough for 2), the main out of reach covet for me is a diamond tennis bracelet like this one :
(wish I could post the picture so we all could drool LOL)
Oh Flora it’s GORGEOUS!
Please let me know how that conversation goes with your husband haha. I’ll let you know how the conversation goes with my partner: “May I suggest shorter showers, taken every other day? Scaling back to two meals a day from three? It’s good for the environment.” It’s all about green living *coughs* ankle boots.
Hahahaha your comment made me laugh!!!!
Love the boots!!
