Another Monday, another Covet List!
(A little background: Since I’ve decided that coveting is infinitely more agreeable than reckless spending, I was thrilled to be approached by Nadia Carriere of Child Mode to participate in the Monday Covet List. Together with some of my favorite fashion and style bloggers, Nicole Feliciano of Mom Trends, Vera Sweeney of Lady and the Blog and Audrey McClelland of Mom Generations, we’ll share 3-4 covet-worthy products that we are currently lusting over.)
Of course, I’ve realized that coming up with a covet list is way too easy because I tend to covet things all the time. This week, I’ve got the following gorgeous pieces on my mind (and perhaps favourited on my browser)…
1. Is it wrong to covet an entire collection? Because I’m pretty sure I’d be royally overjoyed to own anything in the Banana Republic Issa London Collection. Duchess of Cambridge style…. at Banana Republic prices? Yes, Lena, there is a fashion god.
2. Return of a Legend: The “Loretta” by kate spade is back. A shining, signature kate spade new york charm finishes a classically shaped tote fashioned from easy-care fabric. Love the Bacchus Red New York Apple. Love the signature dot-jacquard lining. Love everything about this handbag, including the price – just $160.00 CAD.
3. The perfect fall pout is a neutral rose with just a hint of earthiness. But why scour the racks of my local drug store when I can simply covet this Burberry Lip Cover in Tea Rose? Ladies, this ranks as one of those look-don’t-touch items; meant to be casually pulled out during a coffee or drinks with girlfriends…
Do you have a covet list? We want to see it! Share your 3 must-haves and add the link to our linky below.
Actually what’s on my current covet list is stuff for the new pet bunnies we got our son – nothing for me lol!
Aw, pet bunnies! So precious!
The bag is simply gorgeous! My covet list? a comfortable mattress!
That would be HIGH up on my covet list, because a good night’s sleep is so important!
Love the dress with the splash of turquoise in it :o) Right now on my covet list is a new TV stand. It is so hard to find one even close to what I picture in my mind, but I am not giving up – I WILL find THE one meant for me LOL
Ah, that is the WORST – when you can see it in your mind but you want to see it in person!!!
I absolutely love that lipstick! For 40 dollars, it is meant to not only be pulled out, but also placed in plain view, waved around for no reason…
Hahaha totally agree with you there!
I loved that you are thinking about the fall already (Fall is my favourite season)… and I agree, that lip colour looks amazing! I would love to own a Burberry lipstick sometime! The packaging is so luxe!!
I know…. it’s one of those “must have” items that we probably won’t buy… we’ll just covet instead :)
Its been a few years since this list was posted but I think the dresses are still beautiful especially the first blue dress with the knot
