Take the Healthy Way… It’s One of A Kind!

November 23, 2010 By Lena

Meet Kinga Fronczak- Loforte, a certified Natural Health Care Consultant (NC) and Life Coach from Milton, Ontario. She is also the owner of Take the Healthy Way Consulting and Take the Healthy Way Boutique – two sites aimed at providing the best natural, holistic care for both mind and body.

“Kinga’s background originates to Recreational & Occupational Therapy with cognitively impaired persons, specializing in Alzheimer’s & dementia care among seniors. Her extensive courses in Gerentology and related certificates and workshops, along with 5 years of experience, have taught her how important health & longevity is, not only physically and emotionally, but mentally.”

A Natural Health Care Consultant is a person who has a broad understanding of the several disciplines that fall under the heading of “natural medicine.” This includes, but is not limited to, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbalism, alternative medicine, supplements, mind-body therapies and alternative and complementary techniques.

Kinga is available for in person, phone or email consulting. Visit Take The Healthy Way Consulting, where she provides tips for men and women, shares healthy recipes, gives the 411 on anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals, and dishes out advice on keeping fit, the benefits of tea and juicing – and even has a baby corner for mamas and mamas-to-be! My pick – check out her sections on Tea Time and Aromatherapy.

Like what you see? Shop at Take the Healthy Way Boutique, where you’ll find a wonderful selection of locally-made natural products, nutritional supplements, bath & body goodies healthy teas.

One product that Kinga recommends is the Totseat:

“The Totseat travel highchair is your perfect out-and-about companion. It converts dining chairs of all shapes and sizes into a highchair, squashes into its own tiny travel pouch, and is completely machine washable. It’s perfect for babies from around 8 to 30 months. Totseat provides a simple solution for any chair. Perfectly portable and easy to set up at any destination, just toss Totseat into your purse or diaper bag and tame your moving food target. Totseat fits any chair, and the full range of high-chair-aged children.”

The Totseat travel highchair is made of robust, comfortable fabric, which is Oeko-Tex approved, and it comes in a range of five (5) funky designs.

How awesome! I’m always looking for an easier solution than dragging Ryder’s booster seat around, and the Totseat would be perfect to take to restaurants. It’s just one of the great products available at Take the Healthy Way Boutique – visit the site today!

The Totseat is definitely a cool, and useful looking product. The Bento box kits are also neat looking, and much prettier than a bag full of tupperware containers.

Love the Totseat- perfect product for overactive toddlers who complain about sitting in a highchair. Now parents can restain them in a regular chair with the totseat and the toddler will be happy to not have to sit in a highchair.

The totseat looks perfect, so much easier to tote around than a plastic chair. It could easily be stored in my trunk without taking any space. I would love to have it! Also, the Lavender Baby Bubble Bath looks good. Always looking for something that won't irritate my children's skin.
